Hi!  My name is Jaclyn Paris.  I was able to create this effective and fun game because of my years of teaching children to read, including those that struggle.  I was inspired to create The FUNNY MIX Game when both of my boys played with Pokemon Cards, but only my older son could read their names. 

I thought, why not create superheroes with names that are real words and based on the proven research of phonemic awareness, phonics and nonsense words.  Then, while children are playing the games and learning the names, they can learn all 26 letters of the alphabet as well as 3-letter and 4-letter words.
